it can't be played in windows vista.

i really can't install it in my pc, even in my laptop. i dunno why. i used applocale in windows xp but it still doesn't work. In windows vista it says something that stops the installation.
please help me.
imma using xp and already set to japanese environment, so i dun hav this kind of problem during installation.. try follow this guide..

most ppl got problem installing this game.. instead of using applocale, try change the pc environment to Japan.. for XP u need to have the windows disc.. i doesn't have problem installing the game, maybe my pc already set to japan..
